Travel Advice

For travel advice and vaccinations patients should book a consultation with one of the practice nurses during one of the routine nurse sessions. Please inform the receptionist that you require travel advice and you will be required to complete a form with your destination(s), dates and duration of travel.

Please allow at least 6 weeks before travel.

Anti-malarial tablets - these are not available on the NHS. Some tablets may require a private prescription. Anti-malarial tablets that do not require a prescription can be purchased over the counter from any pharmacy.

Tetanus	No charge
Polio	No charge
Diptheria	No charge
Typhoid	No charge
Hepatitis A	No charge
Hepatitis B	£78 per course (3 vaccines)
Japanese Encephalitis	£130 per course (3 vaccines, payable in advance, cannot split course)
Rabies	£120 per course (3 vaccines @ £40 each)
Meningitis	£30 per course (1 vaccine)
