New Patients

We have over 3900 NHS patients registered with the practice and our list is growing. Our practice boundary extends about 10 miles in each direction. New patients are welcome but those moving to Tiverton or Dulverton from outside the area would be expected to register with a local doctor unless there were special circumstances.

If you wish to register with this practice permanently you need to complete a registration form.

This can be done in person at the surgery during normal opening hours.
