How to make an appointment Please telephone, or call at the surgery to arrange an appointment. Reception is open between 8:30am and 6:00pm.

Routine Appointments

Standard face to face GP appointments are for 15 minutes. It will help us greatly if you could let us know if you need a shorter or longer time.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent cases will be seen as soon as possible. Please come to the surgery, ringing first if possible.

Telephone Appointments

If you do not need to see the doctor face to face, you can arrange for a telephone consultation. The doctor will ring you at home at a prearranged time. These are booked during the normal surgery hours and you are requested to bear in mind that emergencies do crop up and on occasion there may be a delay.

Home Visits If you are too ill to attend the surgery the doctor will visit you at home. Please let us know as early in the day as possible. Telephone the surgery or send a message to request a visit. You will need to give the receptionist some idea of the problem indicating the degree of urgency.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments mean that other patients are unable to see the doctor or nurse when they want. Please ring as soon as possible if you want to cancel an appointment.
